What every quote includes
Driver included — no surprises
The quoted rate covers the vehicle and the professional driver. Any category fuel surcharge or tolls appear inside the quote itself — never added after the trip.
$0 booking fee
BeeHeelo adds no service or booking charge. The price on the quote is the price on the receipt (plus optional tip).
Tolls at cost
Tolls are passed through at actual cost when a route requires them — never marked up, never estimated high.
Human support
A real person answers — before booking, during the trip, and after the receipt. No bots reading scripts.
How pricing works
Get an instant quote
Enter your route, stops, and times. The full price appears up front — hourly minimums, mileage, and cancellation window included.
Lock the rate
Confirm with a saved card. Your card is authorized at booking and charged when the trip completes — never before.
Ride, then settle
After the trip, the receipt reflects exactly the quoted rate plus tolls at cost and any tip you choose to add.
